- Assessment: We perform a professional assessment of the capabilities of your existing ecosystem, identify it gaps, and audit your needs. We then compare them, and offer you a clear overview of the weight of each of your needs, how needs and gaps interact, and which potential shortlist of providers would be able to support you.
- Running and RFI and RFP: We have worked with numerous individual hotels and chains, and have assessed and constructed the most pertinent and efficient Requests for Information, and Requests for Proposals. After an open assessment of the responses of each of the candidate suppliers, we short list them and manage invitations for on-site or remote presentations.
- Detailed in-depth discovery sessions: We typically invite the winner of an RFP to an on-site evaluation of the exact changes that will be impacting the hotelier, and ensure that all contractually important elements are addressed fully and before contract signatures.
- Implementation Support: We will support you by project-managing the RFP. We will ensure that all parties are in place and delivering what should be done on time. This can include complex cut-overs where customers are changing both CRS and PMS systems, Booking Engines, Call Centres, etc.
- Staff Training: We can support you by ensuring that the correct staff has been selected and trained on each system as needed. This includes Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservations Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and even reporting and channel management systems as needed.
