2010 - Beehive Hospitality Call Centre Systems

Beehive Hospitality is a Bulgarian hospitality services specialist. When they approached us in 2010 they required us to create and install bespoke reservations and call centre agent software that would "fully fit all the needs of a modern call centre". The result is an extraordinary partnership that has made us the number one supplier of software services to Beehive to this day.

In this project we have delivered software that allows for multiple functions including:

  1. CRS - Central Reservations System - allows for reservations to be taken by call centre agents
  2. CRS Analytics - Call Centre Agent Booking Behaviour can be monitored
  3. CALL Monitor - Call Centre Agent calls are recorded for training purposes
  4. Cloud Access - ability for call centre software to be accessible form everywhere (cloud based and secured)
  5. Payment Gateway Interface - payment solutions software that allows for reservations to be taken directly at reservation time, and
  6. interfaces with several PMSs for reservations to be placed directly onto a hotel's own PMS
